• B.S. in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University, class valedictorian.
• Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University. 
• Started career with Arthur Andersen in Columbus, Ohio in the Small Business Division. 
• 1987 admitted as a partner to a local CPA firm in Westerville.
• Since then she has held various ownership positions in CPA firms.
• December 2003 formed Capstone Financial Consultants, Inc. CPA’s, with her partner, William Heinrich.
• Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 1999.  Works with numerous businesses in setting up their accounting system and streamlining their processes to make the most efficient use of QuickBooks.
• Accounting instructor for six years at Ohio Dominican College.
• Taught the Becker CPA Review Course and became the lead instructor in Columbus, Ohio. 
• During 2004, served in the position of Chief Operating Officer for a privately held company with offices located in several states. Efforts in that position were targeted at improving the efficiency of their operations by putting documented systems in place.

• Served a two-year term on the Executive Board of the Ohio Society of CPA’s.
• Appointed to the OSCPA Nominating Committee.
• Serving a six year term on the OSCPA Ethics Committee.
• Past president of the 2500 member Columbus Chapter of the Ohio Society of CPA’s.
• Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
• Member and accountant for the National Association of Women Business Owners, Columbus Chapter.
• Nominated for the 2006 Catholic Woman of the Year.

Family and Community Involvement

• Married to Jim Andriot, now living in Westerville, Ohio and has two grown children, Jim and Lynn.
• Member of the Church of the Resurrection in New Albany, Ohio.
• Elected to serve a three year term on the Parish Pastorial Council (2005-2008); elected to the Executive Board of the Council (2006-2007). 
• Serves as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister at her church. 
• Past member of the finance council, church planning committee and parish coordinator for the RENEW movement in their parish.
• Served on the leadership team for both Cum Christo movement and the Kairos Prison Ministry, where she chaired the Agape Team.
